I like this, but it's pretty deaf. It measures to 1.5 GHz, but requires about a 300mVpp to capture a signal. It may count higher than 1.5 GHz, but it'll take more power than that.

Plus features include the rechargeable battery, crisp display, and pretty nice construction. It has a nice line graph to show relative signal strength. It seems accurate to at least 3 digits. Yep, you read that right. I don't know what the antennas are for, unless you put it side by side with a 5W or better transmitter. On the plus side, for me a +5 dbm signal doesn't overload it. That's about 1v pp.
